Installation loop issue with Quickstart JA Findus

Hello ,

I encountered an issue while installing the Quickstart JA Findus on my server. The installation starts correctly, but after filling in the necessary information (language, site name, user, database), the installation seems to complete, and then I’m redirected back to the first installation page. The process doesn't finish, and the installation page keeps looping with no specific error.

Details:

Using Apache server with PHP 8.2

The database is correctly configured and accessible

File permissions are verified (755 for folders, 644 for files)

A clean Joomla 4 installation works fine on this server, indicating the server and database are properly set up

Could you assist me in identifying the cause of this loop and how to resolve it?

Resolved by modifying PHP settings:

memory_limit = 512M
max_execution_time = 300

These changes were made in the php.ini file to increase memory allocation and execution time for PHP scripts. After applying these changes and restarting PHP-FPM and Apache, the installation and performance issues were resolved.
