Hi, I'm a JA Pro user, and you say there are 12 new templates per month.
I've been using this for several years, and all you do is update the existing templates, which are the same as always, but there aren't any new ones.
Where can we see these supposedly 12 new templates?
Thanks.
Where is the 12 new templates?
Hi, we have been trying to get answers for a long time but it is like hitting a brick wall.
The person who introduced himself as the CEO of the company gave an answer and then disappeared and has not connected to the forum since December.
If you want you can also try to follow this thread even if I think no one will answer us:
https://www.joomlart.com/forums/d/50531-the-future-of-joomlart/40
There are only two people left who help on the forum ( @saguaros and @cssyeah ) and do what they can, but evidently they are not authorized or do not want to answer this simple question.
Thank you very much for your response and help.
For me, it's very simple: I won't renew my JA Pro subscription and will look for another company with a better approach, one that at least answers questions and doesn't just hide posts that aren't relevant.
Do you know of any other Joomla template companies that are more reputable than this one? I will personally take charge of giving this company the publicity I believe it deserves.
Honestly I don't think it's the case to talk about alternatives to Joomlart here.
It wouldn't be correct and I'm a very correct person.
Just as at the moment I have never spoken about this problem outside of this forum.
I could have done it on Facebook groups and dedicated forums making bad publicity.
But that's not what I want.
I want this company to go back to what it was.
Because I've been happy with it for many years.
So I'm willing to lend a hand if only someone with the responsibility to do so doesn't tell us what's happening and what they're doing to get back on top.
If they're just trying to exploit their existing software assets to get new subscriptions until it lasts it would be honest if they told us.
Because our work and our life is in their software.
And it's incorrect not to tell us how things are.
It's not 12 new templates per month ... it's per year ... one new template each month.
I've been using Joomlart for 15 years now, and have spent over $1,200 in subscriptions.
Joomlart is in breach of their subscription contract. I've not received what I paid for. If not resolved via full refund or fulfillment of promised 12 templates, I'll be looking at my legal options as well as taking my business elsewhere.

I understand your anger, which is also mine.
If you have been using their templates for 15 years, I imagine that many of your works would have to be reconverted if you abandon Joomlart. And it is not an easy thing to do.
Personally, I am more worried about this than the lack of new templates.
Because it is obvious that something is wrong and the fear that assistance on what has already been published will disappear does not allow us to be calm.
But the lack of reassurance, if things continue like this, will force many to take legal steps.
In particular, those who purchased with Paypal do not even need a lawyer to get what they paid for.
But I repeat, I want to hope that Joomlart can return to being the company that for many years has behaved well, even in assistance. It is better for everyone, for them and for us. But it is necessary that someone comes forward, and immediately, to clarify their position.
The only two moderators left to write are certainly not authorized to talk to us about this. But they could alert the relevant people to come forward and tell us what they plan to do.
We are waiting, thank you!
francus641 Yes, I first started with Shape 5, which Joomlart bought out (or took over), so I joined Joomlart to maintain my Shape 5 templates and gradually changed over to Joomlart only templates.
