Shape 5 Vertex Framework for joomla 5

I am currently running my website on Joomla 4.4, using the latest version of the Shape 5 Vertex Framework 4.3.1 and wanted to inquire whether there are any plans for upgrading the template to be compatible with Joomla 5.
Could you please let me know if the Vertex Framework will support Joomla 5, and if so, when I can expect an updated version that will be fully compatible with Joomla 5? Could you kindly provide details regarding the pricing for the upgrade to ensure compatibility with Joomla 5? I am open to pay if the cost is reasonable. I really don't want to change the Shape 5 Vertex Framework template. I like it even if it is old.

The code base of this template is quite outdated so it's not updated to Joomla 5.

If you'd like to have this ready for Joomla 5, I can refer you to our custom development team who can help you to update this.

I’ve been using your Template for a long time on (speech-therapy.ca), and I’m really satisfied with it. Since Joomla 5 is now out, I was wondering if you’d be interested in updating the template to be compatible with it. I’m happy to pay for the update.
Additionally, you could probably sell the updated version as a new template, and I’d be glad to offer my website as an example if anyone’s interested in seeing how it looks.
The template is really great, and I’d love to see it continue being available for others.

I’m happy to pay for the update if the price is acceptable.
