I saw that among the downloads there is the update of the Framenetwork T4 and the Purity IV. But I can't do them.
It gives me error JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
What could it be?

It looks like you're trying to update T4 and Purity IV template via default Joomla template.
You should use JA Extensions manager component to update our products.
