Our student encountered an error message when they submitted one of our exams - CPE 1204. They went ahead and did the next step (the evaluation) and it showed them they had passed the test.
What could have caused this issue and how can it be rectified so it doesn't happen again?

    It appears that you're using old version of Guru component, could you please take a BACKUP of your site and install the latest version for this component?

      I've updated to Version Guru Pro 6.2.4 and updated the server php to 8.3.20. Will this Version of php be ok to use with V 6.2.4?

        It will be fine with this PHP version, if you can setup a test / staging site on your server to test with the new version of Guru + PHP, it will be great
