We upgraded the template on this site and now the off-canvas menu won't show up.

Please try now, sorry again, don't know what happened I can log in with the details I've give you now.
In the Header block of this template, it will check if there is one module assigned in one of these positions: head-search or languageswitcherload or head-menu or head-login it will show the section in right side of header. I updated for you and the off-canvas is showing now.
