Unable to connect from localhost to my JoomlaArt account

I am working with Wampserver 3.1.3, Joomla 3.8.10, and I am JA Pro

I am trying to build a first page with builder. I can see all blocks and pages but whenever I try to add to the page I need to log in my JA Pro account. I type my username and password but the answer is "unable to connect to server"

Any help?

With your account level it doesn't include access to the paid JA Builder Premium

Sorry Paul, I bought an 89 $ package from templates that includes JA Builder Pro (55 $) with Premium blocks and Access to Page Library
If I cannot build my first page, let me know to ask for a refund before 7 days

Hi,

Do you have any Add-ons installed on your web browser? some extensions such as: Adblock, ABP, Adblock plus … block the operation of JA Builder, try to temporarily disable them first and login again.

If it still doesn't work, you can put your site online and share us the credentials of your site and your account info (pls edit Fields in your first post and add info there: https://cl.ly/3y3R0p24250G )

Of course I have AdBlock installed in my Firefox. JA builder is not compatible? Is it an Ad intrusive machine? Nothing is said in the installation info about that.

Let me know another way to send accessing info to a live test site, that should not imply a subscription to another new non free system please.

I have already setup an online site at cartonews.com that could not connect to my JA Pro account

Pls. let me know how to send privately access for the administrator of the site and ftp access
