We are trying to use a plugin that enables modules to be affixed on scroll so that they stay in sight on page scroll. Unfortunately the plugin is not working. We have asked the developer of that plugin why this is happening and they have instructed me to ask why the "Module Chorme" is not loading?

The module "Quick Product Navigation" is the module that should be affixed on scroll.

Also, You may share the specific forum thread through which developer must have responded so as to review the same

We have already checked this before posting.

It does in fact work with the default Prostar Joomla template.

Can you add specific plugin zip file to sub-directory on some respective folder of yours in ftp details shared in edit fields which would enable me to try to replicate the same in local install and have closer look as the specific extension is commercial licensed

This issue was caused by Acymailing extension, disable the module, fixed the problem.
Kindly check it now.
