I have visited gavick.com and wanted to purchase a Wordpress template
I have pressed on Buy now and was forwarded to a payment website, I have purchased the GK pro account and paid for it.

Then was forwarded to my member area and next to my name I can see JA Pro instead of GK Pro and I cannot download and Gavick Templates

I want to download GK templates, what has happened ?
