Can' t access JA Multilingual component after install

I have installed JA Multilingual and get the following error message when I try to enter the component from the back end I cant locate the error in my SQL database by searching for the error descriptors. Any ideas?

This error comes from your database tables , duplicating same id for Arabic menu , you should remove one id and then reinstall again component.

I installed ja bookshop quickstart then installed the ja multilingual component and it worked fine , no errors showed.

That sounds great. But I have already been to my SQL database and made a query using the error message to find the duplicated line without success Is there a particular file I should be looking for in the SQL or a particular search term I should use?

Would be possible for you to add also your hosting cpanel access ? we will have a look at your database and try to fix this error.

I'm not good with this kinda stuff.

I have already done lots of searches on my SQL databases using the error script to try and find the duplication

I have since uninstalled the arabic language in the back end and also deleted any associated arabic SQL files - I don't need the language.

Dear Pavit,

I have been able to fix the problem.

The duplication was in an 'information' menu item in administration. I've deleted it and the component is working fine now.
