Bug with Premium blocks and login unlocking them.

All Shape5 members to get free access to our JA Page Builder. - Are the premium blocks also included?

Answer: Yes

But when i am at The backend and turn on the editor I can choose from all blocks- even premium. I can add them and they are still locked for edit. It says I must log in with my account and that part isnt working for me. I cant log in with my account after reload I still not logged in.

When you logged in on joomlart with your account through the builder login

what account type is showed ?

Also did you tried using other browsers ? do you have any popup blocking extension installed ?

Tried Mozilla Firefox and still the same. Normally i use Chrome.
No popups are blocked.
I think something is wrong with my login name and or password.

Where you see premium i still see go premium/login

Could you share your JoomlArt account (username + password)? I will check it for you

You can edit Fields in your first post and add info there (only Moderators can see).

It took too long for me for this issue to be solved. I put a Shape5 website there cause I have to deliver to my customer. Soon i have another to make and give it another try with the JA Builder.
