How can I get rid of the unwanted subtitles on the page. I want to remove the 'Contact' and 'Contact Form' text. How can I do this?

I've removed it by created two new language overrides
COM_CONTACT_EMAIL_FORM COM_CONTACT_DETAILS
And replaced with a space
