JA Builder video background issue and more.

Hi,
1. I have some issue with the video background not playing in Chrome. I know that Google made changes to the policy, but I also read that developpers should update their code to take advantage of it.

What is the status on your side about that?

Also it seems that the "Timeline 3.1" block as an issue with the Overlay image when the "Background attachment" option is set to "fixed". You can see it on the home page. How can I solve this?

On a side note:
I (we, your users) have being waiting a very long time now to see improvement to your page builder (which you promise many times) because as of now, it is very limiting!
But all we see is your company buying other companies (and the way you are putting everything together isn't really good I'm afraid. Business wise lol!) while your customers who do not care about that are waiting for improvement to build better websites.

I'm sorry if I sound rude, but I think it is important that you know that I, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, only care about the quality of the extensions we buy. When you released JA builder I was very excited about it's future development and I built a few websites with it. Now I'm stock with them and start moving them using other company extensions (none of the company you bought as a good page builder!). I even have to move some to wordpress lol!

Hi, I attached a screenshot. The upcoming section of the home page, should have the same overlay image on the timeline than the Heading section "Upcoming". When I set the image to scroll, it works find but when section it to fixed, it disappear.

About the video, where do I have to apply the change?

Kindly confirm if you wish to refer to Point (1) for video autoplay not working with Chrome. If yes, Can you also add your admin and ftp details in edit fields in in order for us to take closer look.
For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.

Hi, Sorry for the late reply.

I updated the website access.

Yes the background video doesn't work on Chrome but it does work on Safari and Firefox.
I also have an issue with the image size. When I set a dimension to an image, it is not respected once the page is saved. You can see the problem here: https://ebnfloh.com/en/about/our-artists/in-ward-artists
Images width are supposed to be 400px.
