You can share the credentials of your site: Admin + FTP account, and take a full backup of your site first. I will take a look.

@amoliki , from your error I suppose you didn't unzipped the package? you should install iseo-pro_3.1.19.zip as a normal component. I just tested now on my local installation and works good. You can always follow my colleague videos above for help.

amoliki Hi In the first post you will see the Edit fields option, This is used to send the login information: https://cl.ly/3y3R0p24250G You submitted only admin URL in that. Kindly add a super user login so we can try to install it. You can also try to install it. Download the package > unzip the package > now find the iSEO zip file and install it.
