Having tried with two ftp clients simultaneously however unable to login. Also, Kindly confirm if the site address is ftp hostname as you havent mentioned hostname in edit fields or you may also let me know about the forum thread wherein our team member had been able to login and I can ask him about the exact credentials

Have been able to access ftp now with updated ftp creditionals. Kindly let me know the exact directory to access where the site folder/files resides which is mentioned in edit fields as unable to locate the same due to several directories which can be seen
