Having tried with two ftp clients simultaneously however unable to login. Also, Kindly confirm if the site address is ftp hostname as you havent mentioned hostname in edit fields or
you may also let me know about the forum thread wherein our team member had been able to login and I can ask him about the exact credentials

However, Please review again as situation never arised in the other forum thread for accessing ftp creditionals neither ftp creditionals have been posted in other forum thread

Have also asked other team members if they are able to login with given creditionals. Please be patient while we revert back

Have been able to access ftp now with updated ftp creditionals. Kindly let me know the exact directory to access where the site folder/files resides which is mentioned in edit fields as unable to locate the same due to several directories which can be seen

Also, Kindly let me know the exact page on which you wished to have the static "contact us" button which would redirect to contact us page in similar menu type so as to avoid confusion or ambiquity

Yes, had to change the style for eg: i want the background to be different colour and also want to highlight the tabs.

Please need a fixed today. Site is live now with tabs swtiched off.

For few queries the fix was so quick but this time I did not get solution for days. Hope you will help get this resolved today.

Regarding delay, Please understand that It had been due to right ftp details not added irrespective of several thread posts as there had been some confusion on the following at your end and now that admin panel isnt accessible now. In order to avoid confusion or ambiquity, I am not referring to admin login creditionals but the link which I have mentioned now in edit fields which isnt working

I have reviewed the admin login and its the same. I am able to login with the same password and username.
I had to mention in the single post hoping to get the solution at the earliest. Main concern is the site is live and I need to tune it fast.
