Having problems validating in JA builder with username and password, get error can't connect. Also pages are not saving.

I have updated the info, I also have another site that was linked to an expired pagebuilder account I am trying to deactivate the user from the account but stays logged into old account. Why so many issues?

How long do I have to wait before someone looks at the server? Premium support should be available to all paying members instead of charging extra.

Hi,

I tried to log into your site with my own account and it worked properly and was able to add a Header block, for sample: http://prntscr.com/kgfbwj

Kindly check if there is any Add-ons installed in your browser or not, some extensions such as: Adblock, ABP, Adblock plus … block the operation of JA Builder, try to temporarily disable them first and try again.

It should work.
