Main Menu dissapear when update to Joomla 3.8.11 HELP

Hi, I have forte 5, and was working so good, but when I updated to joomla to 3.8.11 version, the main menu dissapear, I mean the main menu beside the logo company didnt appear, I tried to put in mnay positions like drop down 1, 2 3, etc.. but i dont want the drop menu, i want my original main menu beside my logo, could you give me an advice to fix it , please .My company need this website, es an Intranet and only can access into my network LAN. sEE THE 2 PICTURES please thank you

Hi,

I've tried to install quickstart package of Forte template, then upgrade Joomla to latest version 3.8.11 but the menu keeps showing fine. Kindly check in template settings and make sure that you set to show correct menu there: http://prntscr.com/kfzxsd

There was an update vertex for this issue a while ago. It was a known problem. Make sure you run vertex 4.2
