I am sorry but I forgot to give the name of the module I was testing. It is called "Amazon Books TEST"

I just found it UNPUBLISHED. When I published it then I got the error messages. I did clear the cache on the server and then launched a different web browser and still get the error message.

The modules that I placed on the two pages which you listed above worked just fine because there are published EasyBlog posts in the associated categories. Those two modules are named "Cookbooks" and "Nutrition & Diet".

I think the reason that the test module is not working is because it is trying to display EasyBlog posts that are in the books category. But, there are NOT books in the books category. They are all published in the child categories.

Sean

Hi,

I can see the error now..
If you disable "Also on child items" option from module zentools2 Assignments tab it works properly on the parent page?

Cheers
Joshua

Joshua-M If I turn off the child items then it only breaks the parent page. But, the whole point for me is that the parent should be displaying the items from the children. So, either way it is broken.

    Thanks, Sean

    Hi Sean,

I've tested this on one of my test sites and it works ok

Are we ok to create content and a new module and publish it to your site?
Do you get the same on any test / development sites?

    Cheers
    Paul

paulus1031 Yes, you can. But, now that I set you up with a test site maybe you can also consider doing it there since it is a copy of the same site. The credentials are in my thread about Colourshift2. :-)

ok will look at doing this tomorrow

      Cheers
      Paul

Thank you. In this case I have changed the access information above to be this test server instead of the main web site like we did with the other ticket that I have open now.

      Sean

      Hi Sean,

Is the site ok on this server?

As my malware scanner blocks access to the site reporting malware

      Cheers

      5 days later

paulus1031 OK. Very interesting. I will be asking my host to look at this.

      Thank you, Sean Carney

      Thanks Sean

Once you let me know I will ask the team to look at the problem - I can't at the moment given the warnings on the site

The host ran a report that found a problem which was riskware but when we chased it down it was very humorous. we have an article on our site titled "Is Vegan the New Viagra" located at https://www.drcarney.com/blog/entry/is-vegan-the-new-viagra

And, we have other blogs and articles that link to it. The word Viagra and the link to the word viagra got marked as riskware.

      Sean

How are we able to access the database?

I'm not sure of the setup on cloudhost

      Cheers
      Paul

paulus1031 Good question. They have their own control panel and I should be able to give you access but it may be that I have to create an account for you. Let me ask them and get you an answer ASAP. What email should I use if I need to create you an account there?
        Sean

The database access has been created. I just updated the access instructions above. Please let me know if you have any problems.

        Sean

        Thanks Sean

I'll ask the developers to look at this but it will next week unfortunately

        Cheers
