No response to sales email in 24 hours.

The practice of mixing and matching sites and offers are deceptive practices. not having an email address available and not having a refund system available is very disturbing. The refund link is 404.

I used to think this was a reputable company, however am feeling more taken advantage of and scan the more ideal with trying to get the products I wanted.

I really don't have time to run around in circles to figure out what site I can get my seven this is and four that's an whatever else's and it's not for the site Ural that I'm paying.

Wish they would've responded so I didn't have to leave this rant I will be calling the credit card company and starting a dispute.

    I looked at my email, including junk and everything else and did not get it until I posted on this form. Now the refund page has been fixed, even though they claim it work all the time. I'm sure it's all my fault. Your team fully understands how the Internet works perfectly at all times. Their applications run flawlessly at all times. Don't see any evidence of customer service or trying to make a bad situation better.

    Sales just sends you an email saying no refund unless you can prove our application doesn't do what it says..

    Do not ever buy this software

    Just think a simple refund and I would've gone away. Must be having financial problems.

      danlub It is stated at Jomsocial's refund page clearly that we do not accept refund request in case of user simply changing their mind after purchase. Refund can only be issued if user encountered any unfix-able issues that cannot be resolved by us or if our software does not have any features that we advertise in the features list.

        As I stated your system is deceptive. You are practicing deceptive practices. I did not pay any money to Jomsocial. I did pay Joomlart. Joomiarts clearly states "No worries, we have a "No Questions Asked 7 Days Refund Policy".

        As I've stated before very deceptively Jomsocial says nothing until you get into the forum. So the only place I found anything about it was on Joomiart

        As for the 404 there is no refund form even now that you fixed it. You just redirected it to your ticket system. https://www.joomlart.com/member/helpdesk/ and again it goes to joomlart.

        In the beginning I thought this was just confusion because of the many sites that as your responses have escalated, I am convinced it is deceptive practices. I know it's hard to keep this stuff up to date that it becomes deceptive when you don't just refund the money. I'm confident you're trying to run out the clock by not responding to the email. I am very concerned that you have backdoors and monitoring in your code.

        I'm sure you will delete these posts with my user when the creditor company refund my money. Just think if you done what was right I would not have an account now.

        I feel sorry for the Joomla community having someone not willing to refund the money. I will assure you I will do my best to not use any of your code and if for some reason I have some on my sites I will be working to replace it.

        Thanks for making this such a pain when it was as simple as refund my money and I would've probably spent more money with you.

          danlub Jomsocial has its own page and rules regarding refund. You bought the membership at Jomsocial.com.

          We have no problem with user requesting refund as long as their case is within our policy. However in your case it is not and we won't be accepting any user abusing our policy.
