We are using the subscription module via email (using mailchimp), but after subscribing an error page appears. We have already use the API KEY provided by mailchimp. need any more configuration to this module?

It seems relate to your own mailchimp API link only, I tested with JoomlArt link: //joomlart.us14.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=37b977a3f642933f567b2872c&id=2d8afae530
and it still works.
