Can you please tell me how to add the module position topbar-right to Responsive Layout - Extra Small? This is the only screen it doesn't display on.

Topbar-right position is correctly showed in your mobile layout as you can see from image below
You have no modules assigned in that position anyway

pavit I would like it to display the contact email and phone number on mobile, plus social icons (example attached)
You can assign a custom-module to the top-right position and add to the Module Class Suffix in advanced tab
hidden-lg hidden-md this will show module only in xs layout ( mobile layout )
