I'm using the JA_Biz template I got a few months ago. I installed a plugin called Affiliate Tracker. There is a page that has tabs and I'm told the T3 plugin is causing an issue that somehow the plugin is "intercepting" all the clicks on links and trying to process the clicks itself, and it's causing the problem where the click is either ignored or not working. To see the page on the website we are developing (not live yet) you have to log into the website and the page is https://biz.thetradersconcept.com/en/partners4/affiliate-accounts
T3 Plugin Blocking Clicks on Page Tabs
- Edited
mlollar Hi
1) Can you disable css compression in T3 framework settings in order to review the relative issue more closely
2) Also, Does the issue persists if you assign Default Joomla template for specific menu item ?
Can you add your admin and ftp details in edit fields in in order for us to take closer look.
For reference, You can follow thread post (5 point) procedure.
I turned off Optimize CSS and JS. I've tried different template styles for the page and doesn't seem to matter. Clicking on the tabs does nothing.

mlollar Kindly check as admin details arent to be seen now in order to access the respective page.
Can you add the details in format outlined below in edit fields :
Site admin account
Admin panel username/password
Ftp info (host, user, pass)
Ftp hostname, username, password
I've tried different template styles for the page and doesn't seem to matter. Clicking on the tabs does nothing.
If the issue persists with assigning default Joomla template, it is unlikely to be an apparent issue specifically with T3 framework however appears to be an issue with JS loading css selectors for the specific extension which are conflicting. You may also contact the developer of specific extension for the same if the issue is also apparently seen with default Joomla template as mentioned by you
I was told by Joomlathat support for the Affiliate Tracker plugin the following:
the issue is not present when using default joomla template (without T3 framework, of course)
it's very easy to see, just look at the Javascript console on the page, the error is caused by file https://biz.thetradersconcept.com/t3-assets/js/js-5b40e-08868.js
Hi. The name of this problematic file tells me this file is compressed and the problem may be from compression. Please try disable compression in template's configuration and check if it makes a difference.

Hi
Kindly fix the super user login details in first post edit fields section.
Also as my team member said you should disable the css and js compression from JA Biz template style options.
Current its ON. If issue remain same, we need complete site access so we can debug the problem.
Regards
I don't know what else you want in edit fields. I put website admin id and pwd and ftp info in it. Optimize css and js is off again.
mlollar I put website admin id and pwd
However, Kindly review as also informed by Pankaj that your admin details added in edit fields arent working and returning with error as shown in screenshot due to which we are unable to examine the relative issue as being mentioned
YOu need both joomla and website logins which I put in the edit fields and changed the URL which should help.

Hi
Kindly Turn of the Jquery from the component, as the template already loading it.
Open Affiliate component > Options > General > Load jQuery > No. http://prntscr.com/khvm7j
save and check.
Hope it helps.

That fixed it, thx
