JA T3v2 System Plugin for J3.x - no way to get rid of it

I'm getting the message to update JA T3v2 System Plugin for J3.x - which I know is an old extension. I cannot find any way to uninstall this plugin. I'm worried that it is affecting my site and creating an occasional loop that slows everything down. It doesn't show up in the JA updates, only as a notice from Joomla updates.

How do I get rid of it?

Could you share the FTP account of your site also?

I also receive JA T3v2 System Plugin for J3.x and JA Typo Plugin for Joomla 2.5 & J3x to update, they are no longer installed, I can not find a way to remove these updates
