Addthis.com translate alt text

Where should I translate the title (alt text) "Follow on Facebook"?

its custom html module and title need to changed from module code.
You can open the module and change the text : Follow on Facebook

I did not find any text like "Follow on Facebook".

You need add the title tag in the code.
Example :

<!-- AddThis Follow BEGIN -->
<a class="addthis_button_facebook_follow" addthis:userid="joomlart" title="TITLE HERE"><i class="fa fa-facebook"></i></a>

Now change the TITLE HERE with your title, do the same for other icons.

Thank you! It is almost perfect! But there is a Boogeyman with google plus. It is cannot be overridden! 😮
For a quick test I duplicated the Twitter code line but changed the class to "addthis_button_google_follow" -> my title override has gone and replaced by the stock english one.

I tested it as well, it seems AddThis does not allow to change the Title. You can submit request for this on AddThis forum here and share the code as well.
I hope you will get a resolution on it.
