Please provide also backend access to your website (in this thread fields) and unfortunately FTP credentials don't work, I can see the following message: "Server said: Permission denied."
Is it default FTP with port number 21?

You can try again, everything is working right now ! For the Backend access, it will be the same as FTP user/pass.

Yes, Able to replicate the relative issue (Probably, Multilingual issue) whilst sending the form through "French" site however, the same works fine with "English" site. Will report this with JA Dev. team and will revert as I get an update

Hi, we just tried to add the "Reciever" mailing id and the problem is the same Screenshot : http://prntscr.com/koem77 The reason why the "French" menu was working it was because we created a redirection to the "English" menu...

As informed by you that you are facing the relative issue now with "English" menu and "French" menu works fine which is quite strange as the relative issue is getting switched as being informed. Can you ensure that you have entered the reciever mailing id in specific contact forms as suggested earlier through screenshot
In regards to your last forum thread mentioning the relative issue with solely "English" menu, Had tried replicating the same with contact form on "English" menu after entering my mailing id and the mailbody populates right with entered data as envisaged. Ref: Screenshot
