adminjlf I havent tried with the contact form on "french" menu as you had informed about facing relative issue with form on "English" menu as per your most recent forum thread

Had edited the text fields to populate your mailing id in default stage after trying to replicate the relative issue as mentioned. Kindly confirm if looking forward to something else

Yesterday when you were trying, i did 2 test (French and English) did you received these tests ?
Since you tell that everything was working, i tried yesterday night and the problem still there in the English page...

No, Havent received any test mail in furtherance after I had tried to replicate the same and posted screenshots

Having tried again, The mailbody is coming populated with data. Ref: Screenshot . To troubleshoot, You may try to change from enterprise mailing id to personal mailing id from gmail or yahoo e.t.c

i change the email ID to use my personnal Gmail address and this is the results from FRENCH menu and ENGLISH menu : https://prnt.sc/ktlnrj

i just realize something...
When the problem occur, Both emails forms are in the same language...

If i do a test from French and English menus, we will receive email forms only in one language (french or english - random) but...
- If the email form is in English, the english test will appear.
- If the email form is in French, the french test will appear.

I disable the system caching and clear the cache, but the problem still there...
