.zen-menu ul > li.parent > a::before, .zen-menu ul > li.parent > .zen-menu-heading::before{visibility: hidden !important;}

.zen-menu ul > li.parent > a::before, .zen-menu ul > li.parent > .zen-menu-heading::before{display:none !important;}

Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect

I have tried both of those, turned off Supercacher and also cleared browser history.

Bullets are still there.

Both codes suggested by Aman should work, how did you add this custom css code? Because I can't see it loaded on your website..

Cpanel -> File Manager -> Folder for this website -> Templates -> Buildr -> Css -> custom.css

At the moment I can see a problem with the custom css
It looks like this

.zen-menu ul > li.parent > a::before, .zen-menu ul > li.parent > .zen-menu-heading::before{visibility: hidden !important;}

Not sure if you pasted direct from here but the > is a HTML entity for > or greater than so see if you can edit the code or try copy and pasting again

Thanks Paul - that sorted it perfectly. I notice this on one or two of my other joomla bamboo sites. Will the same fix work on them all or only on more recent zen-menu sites?

For buildr based sites yes it should do - others no I'm afraid
