Step 1 - Create Home menu item

I just bought JA Templates and I am on beginning. Following the template documentation, the first step is TO CREATE HOME MENU ITEM.
I followed the instructions: Go to Menu » Main menu, add new menu item, select Articles » Featured Articles menu type and assign "ja_lawfirm - Default" template style.
But instead of creating HOME MENU ITEM appears the following message:
Error - Save failed with the following error: The alias home is already being used by Home menu item in the Main Menu menu (remember it may be a trashed item).
I DON´T UNSERSTAND. WHAT MUST I DO? Thanks.

That error indicates the menu link item with the alias of home already exists in the system e.g. a link has been saved on the system that is the same

If you want us to confirm this please add a link for the site backend and we will take a look
