JA social II getting a lot of "too many redirect" error

The error is due to your jomsocial redirect plugin - i disabled it for now and your page is working fine , just change the item access permission after login

I'm not quite clear what is happening on the video

If you are able to I'd suggest increasing the memory from 128mb

Do you have errors listed in the error log on the server?

I applied some changes in the Login module and JS Redirection plugin for login and logout redirection,
In plugin the redirection was set to k2 website that is reason it was giving error.
KIndly clear browser cache and check the login process.
If you want to change the login and logout redirection you can change it from Jomsocial redirection plugin.

Ninja The tricky part is, on the login form page itself, there is also this login/logout redirection setting.
One would think in the Jomsocial plugin if "override com_user registration" is set to "no", then the redirection would be determined by the login form menu item's setting. But actully it isn't .

So is this "com_user registration" same with the login form menu item type? If yes why jomsocial redicrection plugin still overrides its setting?

When you use the Jomsocial registration and login, you should not use Joomla login pages,
Becuase on the Joomla login page is Jomsocial redirection plugin is off, you will not get Jomsocial registration page.

At the moment the override is set to No, and from login page i am redirected to Jomsocial fine :http://prntscr.com/klukty
