When menu is fixed it stay on same place. Kindly open custom.css file and use this code

@media screen and (min-width: 992px) { #t3-section {padding-top:50px;}}

Save file, clear Joomla cache and check.

There is a ".../templates/uber/local" folder that make the custom.css not working, deleting that folder make the website looks better.

Also i am still wondering with the uber-charity sample, the "t3-section" looks not overlapping the top menu

Please confirm do you want to remove the menu when you scroll the page?
On older site http://prntscr.com/j127ou its same like on your new site.
Also the code i suggested is working on your site, the header is only sticky.

If you adjust pankaj's styling by adding an extra 2px to 4px does this help the display?

Are both sites using the same template versions?

This one "https://prnt.sc/j10app" is an uber-charity sample from uber quickstart, this is my reference to build moonlight website.

Both is joomla with uber template latest release.

To replicate as demo site, pls use JA ACM Header module, you can go to Backend > Extensions > Modules > Create a new JA ACM module type of Header:http://prntscr.com/j137bd

and assign to 'acm-header' position.
