I have use the akeeba to restore the whole website. and it looks fine now.

any idea why i had the css problem?

Here below my answer

i added to your custom.css file this code

table.stylecontact td, tr td { 
border-top:0px;
}

then added the class stylecontact to your table in locations page

<table class="stylecontact" style="width: 100%; height: 186px; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" cellpadding="0">
It is not showing border now.

It is hard to say what the problem may have been - permissions, caching problem, template update could be something along those lines

With the domain I am currently being blocked by my malware scanner from viewing the url

if it is a caching problem,
besides the 3 section in Maintenance:
Global Check-in
Clear Expired Cache
Clear Expired Cache

what else i need to look at to clean the caching?

It is possible the malware scanner is wrong but I'd certainly investigate the problem

Do you have admin tools pro installed?

That does have a scanner installed

I'd check the source code in the browser to see if anything odd is listed

I'd check the server to see what resources are being used

Do you have google analytics / search console / webmaster tools installed on the site?

I don't have access to the links on the old forum as I am relatively new to Joomlart as I started working when JoomlaBamboo became part of Joomlart

But if the domain is the same as the link at the top of this post I would be blocked
