Template Ja conf quickstart is not installed

I can not install the template Ja Conf. I have installed many other templates of yours but in this template the quickstart does not work.

I tried to upload the files through the Cpanel and with filezilla but in no case did it work. I have also tried to create other databases and users but nothing worked.

However, in the same domain I have installed the Ja play school template to test and that template works perfectly. I have also tried Ja uber and Ja wall and everything is perfect.

But the template conf conf does not work, after step 3 just when it is installed everything goes back to step 3 of the installation and shows no error.

PD: My hosting service provider is Hostgator and has not given me any solution.

Try to increase some PHP values as mentioned here: http://support.hostgator.com/articles/php-settings-that-cannot-be-changed

I just tried to download quickstart package of this template & installed on my local but it worked perfectly.

My template is ja_teline_iv.

Here is the code from the file you mentioned. I not sure where the module begins or ends. Could instruct me on how to rearrange it?

Thanks for your answer. I do not understand what the problem is. I have uploaded the values but it still gives me error.

I tried to install the template locally with the XAMPP software but it gives me exactly the same error. Other templates are installed perfectly in local and Hostgator hosting.

But the template Ja conf keeps giving me just error when creating the tables of the database.

Could you tell me more details about your system?

Please tell me what program you use to install it locally. If I can install it locally and then back up with akeeba backup I can get it up in the Hosting.

Hosting Hostgator: I have tried with the versions of php 5.4 / 5.6 / 7.1

Xampp in local: PHP 7.2.3

All the same error. The problem comes when you are going to create the database tables.

Hi. Please try disable error showing. Sometimes during a database installation a simple warning can be throw and the whole installation is stopped.
