Hi
You will also able to see report details below graph ad there is export option as well.

Regards

Ninja I'm sorry but that report is not daily. It's a summary report http://prntscr.com/kl466u. I don't want to generate a report and filter it day by day. I want to filter it by month and see a daily reports like it was on the older version.

      Hi
The daily report create multiple entry in DB, you can see the daily reports in current version as well.
Just select date filter of one date.Sorry It not possible to retain very older version option in current version.

      11 days later

So are you saying that it is NOT possible to view a daily breakdown of an entire month in one report?! I see the breakdown of each day of the monthly report in the graph only, but I need that in a chart format that I can export and share with my clients. The older version of adagency allowed us to do that breakdown (see http://prntscr.com/kpbfhf ).

        Hi
You can see the report for single day as shared before by using the date filter.
Once you get the result there is option at the bottom to export reports : http://prntscr.com/kpdbti

        Regards

As stated before, I do NOT want a report for a single day. Judging by your lack of response to my specific question of having a multi-day (or monthly) report broken into days, seems like it's not possible and that functionality is now gone in the new version.

The question now is, why did you remove that functionality??

          mdourou
          Hi
Its changed for improvement, as stated earlier to prevent the large DB files, I shared it with development team to give you more details answer on it.

          Regards

I understand that you're preventing the large DB files, but the values are stored somewhere in the db, as the graph shows those values (which are saved somewhere) - http://prntscr.com/kpvt4p , but cannot be exported or seen in a table chart.

I am hoping that the development team can give me an answer on how to see those values in a chart format or as an export. I feel like the current export functionality for just 1 day of data is kinda useless, don't you agree?

          Thanks,
          Mohammad

          Hi Mohammad,

For monthly or for a specific period for reports, you can go to AdAgency - Reports menu item and you can do an export for your statistics for a specific period.
Please let me know if this is not the real issue.

          Kind Regards,
          Alin

alindinca . Unfortunately this is not what I want. I want the EXACT same report you used to offer in your last version, where I can generate a breakdown by day for a month, for a campaign, that i can export.

See my video of the new version (6.0.19) attached of how I can mouse hover only to see per day clicks and impressions, but the actual report displayed is the total of all days:

See how version 5.0.5 used to work:
            https://www.dropbox.com/s/g4r5imakw2e10dq/AdAgency_breakdownOLD.wmv?dl=0

I think at this point I have explained the problem really well. I am hoping you can fix your reporting system to show daily breakdown of the period chosen.

            Thanks,
            Mohammad

mdourou I see what you mean. We must make some serious modifications and the new AdAgency for the report and I created a task for developers.
As soon will be added, a new version will be released.
              Thank you!

                a month later

alindinca Hey! I'm just checking to see if there has been any fix to the issue?
