What files would I request JCH Optimize exclude so that it can run the Slideshow exactly as intended? I am having problems with the plugin enabled and getting the slideshow to work properly.

If compression in JCH prevents slider from working it does not mean that the files to exclude should be the one added by slider. Most likely it's because of a conflict. Try exclude those big libraries, they are most likely compressed already, so there will not be big of an impact on performance anyway.

Youtube content link is now disabled from "featured", cache is cleared, still not displaying.

teitbite Ok JCH is disabled and the slider is still not working.

In addition to that, it worked fine for at least 4 months with JCH optimize and suddenly now it doesn't work.

The slider is an important aspect of our marketing and the reason we chose this template. We really could use some help getting this resolved as it's bee at least a week already trying to get this going with no results.

febtonline Hi. The most interesting is that it also worked 3h ago awhen I was checking it for the last time. I can see en error in console caused by Google Tags Manager. Can You please disable it so we will be 100% sure it's not conflicting with slider ? Than I'll be able to work with it.

teitbite It was never working, it displays once when you refresh cache and then completely disappears. It actually flashes quickly and then disappears.

I do not have any google tags managers enabled or any plugins or modules that meet that criteria. The only Google code used is in the template for analytics. The analytics code is stored in , Templates - Ja_biz_Default - Custom Code

Can you test with the chat feature turned off?

I've installed the template and I can't break it this way at the moment but I don't have access to the chat feature

It could be a co-incidence but the chat feature pops up and the slideshow disappear at almost the same time

paulus1031 Great pickup Paul! Seems that removing it from the template solved the slideshow problem.

But now, how do I resolve the real problem of having the slideshow work with the chat alongside it?

I have removed it from the template and created a module that can quickly be used to enable and disable it, Happy Fox Chat is the name.
