Topbar with language selector disappears after 1 second

The topbar wich contains the language selector comes up for 1 seconds and then disappears.
How can i fix this problem ?

Hi,

I don't see the topbar as you mentioned, could you share screenshot highlighting it?

The topbar (on the top, with tel nbr, language selctor, etc.) only shows for 0,1 second. You don't see it, that 's the reason why I contacted you. But I've managed to take a screenshot in that 0,1 second.

There the language selector is visible, but it disappears.
How to fix?

masterscommunication I am unable to replicate any such relative issue in chrome browser and neither, firefox. Ref: Screenshot-chrome taken after 3-4 minutes wherein the language switcher module is still appearing fine

Hi,

I just updated the JS code which adds affix to the main menu in the file: /templates/ja_healthcare/js/script.js

  // Add Affix to JA MainMenu
   
  $(document).ready(function () {
    if($('#t3-mainnav').length > 0) {

      $('#t3-mainnav').affix({
        offset: {
          top: $('#t3-header').height() + $('.t3-top-bar').height()
        }
      });
    }
  });

and it's working now.

You can isolate template customization avoiding it to be overrided with any update

So, in our case the file ../js/script.js should be copied to /local/js/script.js ? Is that correct ?

And that 's enough to keep that file script.js safe for future template updates ?

Yes it is correct and it is safe for futures updates.
