All your folders are set as unwritable

System -> System information -> Folder permission -

This is avoiding Virtuemart to complete correct configuration - ( safe path ) -

After you correctly set your virtuemart component then error should be fixed .

inputed command: sudo chmod -R 777 /var/www

-> it's ok

I completed virtuemart configuration , it works fine now please check

You should not have folders at 777 chmod ( accessible to all ) - they should have 755 and files should be set at 640
