We have a PHP Live! account for Live Chat. I would like the chat icon to display like it does on the Joomlart website. However I am unable to find a way for this to occur.
I have looked at the Jomsocial Live Chat option but the demo & download site have been disabled.

How can I get the Chat Icon to display and stay sticky at the bottom footer right???

    Hi,

    Normally, you will need an extension for the live chat so it can display button like that. I've not used that PHP Live yet, you can ask its provider whether there is any extension for it or not, or there is any script supporting for Joomla site.

      I have the extension, but it there is no module for it to be allocated to that will allow it to display like your live chat icon on the JA Company website. I have in the mean time had to allocate to the topbar-right and create a custom code to make it sticky (not my preferred option - but option B until I can get what I want).

        You can share the admin login info of your site and tell me which module you're using so I can check.
