You can add this custom CSS code:

.slideshow .img-bg {
    opacity: 1 !important;
}

into the file: root/templates/ja_lawfirm (your default template)/css/custom.css (Create this file if it doesn't exist)

And in the backend settings of this JA ACM slideshow module, you disable the GrayScale option: http://prntscr.com/j11wwm
