Ja Builder - pages information disappears

HI. We have try to change our (large) internet service from another Ja template to Ja Builder - but now, it seems that we can't edit the page(s) any more - at least with Ja Builder, because for some reason all that page information has gone = the edit page is blank ?!. But, if you check the page normally, all the unfinished information is still there, but we can not edit that information anymore, not form the front end or back end. I'm not sure, if this is a problem with multilingual (finnish & english) page or what.

Also, there seems to be some problems in the back end, because when we use the Ja Builders "Live edit" -links, it seems to be confuse about that page to show.. ID 9 and 11 seems to be the same.. Very extrange..

PS. we have 2 different menus (FI and EN) and Ja Builder tamplates (copies), one for each language (menu).

Any ideas..?

May I know how did you create this page? You created from blank page or restore it from another site?

And also share the credentials of your site: URL, Super admin account so I can check.

Hi. In several ways;

in the back end menu we have change the template of the english home page
in the front end with the Ja Builder we have edit the home page (en), and it has work fine at first
in the front end with the Ja Builder we have try to edit the home page (that has information) but it shows empty (blank page) in the edit page
in the back end in the JA Builder Pages there was no main page (en), only the finnish home page, so
we have push the [NEW] and add the Builder page to the existing englisn main menu and page, but the problem was the same, so
we have deleted this english main page and added again - same result; The existing page information is fine, you can see the page, but you cant edit it.

I'm not sure about what we have done by now, but for some reason the information is somewhere but we cant edit it. Can we try to find the missing page information from the database and change in some way that it will work again..?

New info: It seems that the Ja Builder is not working on the other main menu (english) - due to problems with menus or languages.. Please, HELP!

Hi,

I have find the solution, and there seems to be a bug in Ja Builder;

BUG: You can use only one (1) Ja Builder template. You can not use a another copy template (for example for different languages). So, the solution is to use only one Ja Builder template, and use in the fixed areas (header and fooder) only module positions (not texts or modules) for different language information (e.g. main menu) that will change automatically with the language.

Now its working fine. I had to delete the another copy Ja Builder template (for english page), and all it's english Ja Builder pages, that i have to assign again to the main and only Ja Builder templete.
