JA_BUILDER Live Edit shows oudtated things!!!! Please help me

Hello,

I see in your old forum that this one is live, so I will ask you again here for a solution to be sure you are aware of my need.
It is an old site on production, where I am adding new menu using Ja_Builder as a tool (2 "pure" ja_builder pages and I included sliders modules in the rest of the "native" joomla 3.x site)

Hi,

As I can see that there are not much change in these 2 pages, could you please create each page separately? then add slider for each page instead of doing in the old way.

How do I show a single joomla article inside a page created with JA_BUILDER ? I did not see any block for such a thing; and if I use "module" content in any block; you know that Joomla has not a module for single article display...

Please, guide me

Hi Carlos,

Suppose that you want to show a Single article with JA Builder's blocks, you can create a menu item with type of Single Article normally, then assign that menu item to JA Builder template style: http://prntscr.com/j19qea

It then will show content of that article in main content part of the page and you still can add blocks from JA Builder on that page.

Hi Saguaros,
That is just what I did; create normally Joomla menus showing articles or category blogs, and assigning then the JA_Builder template.

What failed is to duplicate sliders from 1 page to another one by using the following procedure:
1.- in the origin, duplicate the slider (top position)
2. move the duplicated slider to header (this way is being displayed on all pages using JA_Template)
3. edit the destination page with site builder and move the slider from header down back to Top
4. that´s it!

But, when I go back to edit the pages, surprising things happens, first and more important is that the layout of the page doesn´t match with the live one, and many times the slider is missing, or is duplicated in header.
I´m sure this is a bug; maybe the layout information mess up for some reason, because it is not just an "outdate" fact, since the previous layout is not really the one shown.

I will try to work again; and if I fail again will let you know.
