Translate contact labels and icons

Hello,

I am running a website in French and I want to have the contact labels in French. So, I use the methode you gave to luismi (edit default_adress.php and override [French site]) but it does not work. Labels still appear in English, with no icons 😢

Nota : My website is running in local (uwamp) before deployment.

Any suggestion ?

As you can see i translated your address using string TPL_CONTACT_ADDRESS at line 26 of this file templates/ja_company/html/com_contact/contact/default_address.php

You can translate other strings adding them to the specific section of the file.

If you compare code with ja company demo some css is missing , your bootstrap file is not loaded correctly, try to disable some extension avoiding bootsrap files to load correctly, i noted admin tools and jch optimize plugin

tested right now with a new quickstart template installation and it loads correctly contact icons.

I tested as you said and go further : I removed Admin tools and JCH Optimize, and reinstall T3 framework and JA-Company template as I cannot grow the image you posted.

It does not work. 😢

leaderseed Kindly check now. Had to disable Built-in Plugin (Extensions -> Plugin Manager -> System - Page Cache) due to which changes being done in files werent reflecting on site.

Also, Have enabled legacy compatiable under T3 framework settings -> General tab for font awesome 3 icons to load which are reflecting fine now. Ref: Screenshot

Kindly ensure to clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
