You will need to customize it a bit, below is my tweak:
- Go to this directory: [root]/templates/ja_company/acm/testimonials/tmpl/
- Backup 2 files: style-1.php and style-1.xml
- Download attached file > Unzip and copy 2 files inside to above directory
Then access backend settings of this module, there will be additional field so you can add the link for the image: http://prntscr.com/ko24k7
