Hi,
I can't see your website backend login form - there's additional htaccess secruity („Restricted Area”), could you add username and password to this thread fields?
Cheers Joshua

timtecsa Have been able to access the admin panel now however not too sure as to what you mean in your parent topic.
Kindly elaborate or provide screenshot marked with annotations showing what requires to be derived in order to avoid confusion or ambiquity
There is a dropdown menu under the 'Introducing' menu item but you only see it when you are logged in on front end. see screenshot below. The error appears when clicking on any link in the sub menu. What am I missing?
timtecsa Hi Turn off the URL rewriting from System > global config. as your site is using htaccess.txt file. If you want to turn it on kindly rename the file to .htaccess and turn on the option.
At the moment the menu items are working fine.

Hi There,
I think the problem relates to the access level for the links in question
Cheers Paul
Thanks, Pankaj. I put the .htaccess back. Now the links work but the images in the articles are missing and have very weird URLs.
e.g. http://www.printpartnerhk.com/index.php/2012-12-25-07-32-16/images/site_artworks/VDP_samples/Flower_ticket.png
Should be http://www.printpartnerhk.com/images/site_artworks/VDP_samples/Flower_ticket.png
Update: I changed one of the menu items to use an Alias and the image URL seems to match the one that works except that the /index.php is present. URL is now
http://www.printpartnerhk.com/index.php/images/site_artworks/VDP_samples/Flower_ticket.png

You may wish to try several workarounds suggested here Or, You can try creating 301 redirects for right url redirection by employing this technique as outlined. Also, You may use 3rd party extension for the same
I found the URL Rewrite was off and after enabling it and updating all the article URLs in the main menu it seems to be working. Thanks to all for the help. Tim
