I fixed the error.

It's because some other extension already had the class FileSystemHelper
i changed com_jaextmanager class name to another name.

you can find the changes in components/com_jaextmanager/lib/jaupdater/core/helper/FileSystemHelper.php
This issue is not from the JA Extension, it only due to one of the extension on your site using the same class name. you can make a copy of this file and replace it on other site, if you have this issue on other sites.

Hi.

Cause many files include the Class.
You could take a copy of the com_jaextmanager folder.
Then you could fix it by replace the folder in the future.

Could you please drop the file in this forumthread because after upgrading JA Extension Manager to 2.6.4 I can't open the JA extension manager anymore?
And can you tell which extension causes the conflict?

I think I solved it by downloading the file ja-extenstion-manager-component-for-j3-x_2.6.4.zip from your site and install it again through the Joomla installer.
