Did you experience the same issue with default Joomla template like Protostar ?

    Also, as you pointed out, I registered your IP address as a whitelist on my site.
    I suppose that your access is now possible.

      You may also whitelist this I.P - 103.97.138.123 in order to take closer look

        I registered your IP address in the whitelist.
        I hope to have access to my site.

        Unfortunately, it turned out that Protostar Template was deleted on my site.
        If I try this situation on other sites, it takes some time to set it up.

          ooyasan Hi. I cannot access as well: "The webmaster has forbidden your access to this site" My IP is: 188.147.2.59 but I think You should disable the blocking for a while. There is multiple support users to cover whole day and I already see You've meet 3 of us 🙂 It's to resolve Your issues as fast as possible.

              Hi,

              We still can't access your site, you can simply go to Admin panel of your site > Extensions > Manage > Discover and click the Discover button, it will list the Protostar template there and you can install it.

              Then go to Extensions > Templates > set Protostar as default template and check above issue again.

                  On my site, I am customizing Joomla's article form for simplification.
                  That is because the joomla article form is quite sophisticated.
                  It is to prevent user confusion and operation errors.

                  The part of the customization is as follows.
                  extensions> templates> protostar> templates: customize
                  It uses joomla's templates override function.
                  See attached image

                  And I am editing the 'form' source of 'com_content' like below.
                  Refer to attached text

                  With this you can reproduce the customization of posting articles on my site.

                                I have not done it, but now I defined the following in htaccess on my site.

                                order deny, allow
                                allow from 118.70.176.221
                                allow from 113.190.254.239

                                Is it correct?

                                  Still the same, why don't you disable all the firewall / security plugin and allow all IPs access to your site so we can help?
