Somehow I can access your site now, but the pulldown menu of Tag field still shows fine as my above screenshot. Could you attach some screenshots again of how you want it should be?

What I think is strange is that the pulldown menu extending from the tag field,
When protruding from the article area, I think it should be overwritten above the module placed below.
The current situation is hidden behind the lower module.

Perhaps you are entering from the front-end with 'Super Admin', so the article publish field is displayed.
