The website wegmans.com it's very different than the StoreFront frontpage.., most elements may be added by using i.e. custom html widgets with custom css or customized News Show Pro widgets, unfortunately we can't help with such big customization.
I think you'll have to hire a developer, I can also recommend you a great customization service - here.
