how to make level 0 categories shows the total qty of sub level items ?

please look at the product categories list...
as you can see... the level 0 categories does not showing correct number.

for example:
the ASM TOTAL SOLUTION should have (6) items included , but now it is showing (0) only.
and VISCOM should have (3), but it is also showing (0) only.

Did you manage to check on the security status of the site?

As with the other thread I'm not able to view the site due to multiple malware warnings when trying to view the site
