Just circling back to see if I can get an update on when you think your team will have time to address this bug. We are hoping to launch early next week but can't until this is resolved.

You may download and update to latest version i.e.2.4.4 as JA Dev. Team has resolved the relative bug reported with the latest version release
Would suggest to take backup of your site before performing aforesaid steps, in case rollback required whilst facing any issues e.t.c

Hello,

I just installed 2.4.4 and it did not resolve the issue. It looks like the extra directory is still being added to the URL causing the images not to load.

i fixed the problem on your site. The lightbox should be ok now.
We will also include in the next update.

Thank you for the update!

The fix seems to work but only when you click on the "Image". If you click on the Read More button (OIA's Air Freight Solutions), the images do not load correctly in the LIghtbox.

I also noticed that if you click on the main/header image once the Lightbox loads, the slideshow loads the next main/header image, but not the rest of the article content.

This has been set as default behaviour being rendered through the specific module as the image is solely shown when clicked upon along with other images from respective articles

Sorry, but the second explanation doesn't make sense from a UX perspective.

If the Lightbox loads an entire article, the slidewhow functionality within the Lightbox should display the same content … i.e. the entire article.

This is the funtionality that happens when you use the Next/Previous buttons, so why wouldn't it be the same?

We can deem it to be improvement from UX point of view 🙂

Thanks for suggesting the same. Will suggest further based upon your inputs to JA Dev. Team if the functionality can be improved from UX point of view and the same can be done in future version release however ETA would depend upon the complexity and other parameters

I'm sorry, can You please explain it one more time for me? Everything looks to be working correctly, so I'm not sure what is the problem.

bodeinvenice Hi. Aman204 just shown me which images are missing. Please try edit Your configuration.php file and make sure the url to Your site is set next to the "live_site". Not sure if that's gonna fix it, but looks like module has lost canonical link so it's the first thing I would try.

This looks fine from what I can see. Your moderator Mo0nlight fixed the first instance of this problem last week (see above) so guessing it's something else. Can we check with Mo0nlight to see what the issue was and apply same fix to the Read More button?

bodeinvenice Hi. I'm not refering to initial issue fixed by Mo0nlight, but to images not being shown in popups. Have You checked the value set for live_site in configuration.php ? I came across similar issue before and a solution to that was to set the base url.

The initial issue was: Images not loading in Lightbox/Popup.

Mo0nlight was able to fix. But the fix only works if you click on the image to open the Lightbox. If you use the read more to open the Lightbox, the images don't load.

I don't see anything wrong in the configuration file but have provided FTP information so your team can double check.

bodeinvenice Ok. I'm a little bit handicapped with ftp access ability right now, but will do that as soon as I get a hold of my computer. Strange thing is that the code generated on image or read more hit has no difference at all.

The code generated looks the same for the image and the read more button, but it's weird because it's not.

If you use the read more to open a Lightbox and then try to load/open one of the actual article images in a new browser tab (i.e. the article images that aren't loading in the Lightbox) , the URL of the article image changes and adds the "/en/logistics" that's mentioned above (about a month ago with screenshot included).

Mo0nlight found a fix when this was happening using an Image to open the Lightbox … just wondering if the same fix might work here.
